You bring the desire. I bring the compassion.
Are you constantly busy but never get anything done? Do you often feel overwhelmed and space out easily? Do you see time fly by without having achieved anything for the day? Are you getting tired of just trying? Are you sick of professionals repeatedly telling you that you aren’t just motivated enough and assuming you don’t care?
Maybe I can help. I help anxious adults who also struggle with focus stop feeling anxious and perform better. Medication can help, but it is not enough alone. You need proper behavioral management that stresses accountability. Maybe, your lack of focus can be due to other underlying causes. We can work together to figure it out.
I finished my Geriatric psychiatry fellowship at UCLA and previously attended New York Medical College at Metropolitan Hospital for residency. I am board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I worked with patients from diverse backgrounds in various settings, including academic institutions, city/county hospitals, and the Veterans Administration Hospital. My work has been published in journals, including the Journal of Addiction Medicine and the Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology.
